aiebooks.app provides an AI-driven service that enables users to generate eBooks by simply providing a topic and target audience. The generated content must adhere to the guidelines prescribed herein and must not be used for illegal, harmful, or disinformation purposes.
The service is available to individuals who are at least 13 years old and in regions where Stripe payment services are supported.
Users retain ownership of the eBooks they generate. However, aiebooks.app reserves the right to use generated content for promotional or operational purposes.
You agree not to use the generated eBooks for any illegal, harmful, misinformation-related, obscene, intellectual property violations activities.
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the content generated. Users must review and verify the eBook content as the AI may not always provide accurate or up-to-date information.
Previewing the first three subchapters is free. Generating full content requires a payment of $1.00 per eBook.
Automatic refunds are issued for technical errors detected during eBook generation. Users may contact [email protected] for refunds in cases of substantial errors or content issues.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with prior notice through email or our blog.
Services may be terminated due to legal or business reasons. Upon termination, all user data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In the event of a dispute, users must first contact [email protected] to seek resolution. If the issue remains unresolved, arbitration will be pursued as a final remedy.
